The market is here. Your warehouse doesn't have to be.

Selling into Ireland and the UK from overseas means slow shipping, customs friction on every order and no local returns story. Holding stock here fixes all three — but a lease, staff and racking is a heavy way to test a market. We're the third option: your stock in our warehouse, handled by technicians, shipped next day, backed by IO Resource — distributing technology hardware across Ireland & the UK since 2002.

Hold stock locally

Secure, insured, racked storage from one pallet up. Your buffer stock sits an hour from Dublin port and airport, ready to ship.

Receive & fulfil

We receive your freight, check it in against paperwork, then pick, pack and dispatch orders — typically next day across Ireland & the UK.

Localise & configure

Regional power leads, local labelling, device configuration, firmware and testing — products arrive market-ready, not factory-fresh.

Local returns & RMA

A local returns address for your customers: fault triage to your criteria, quarantine, reporting — and no international freight per claim.

Built for companies entering the market

If your products sell in Ireland or the UK — or you want them to — we're your local operation from day one.

Market entry — frequently asked questions

Can you receive our container or freight shipments directly?

Yes. We receive palletised freight and parcel consignments, check quantities and condition against your paperwork, capture serial numbers and book stock in — with photos and a discrepancy report if anything arrived wrong.

Do we need an Irish legal entity to store stock with you?

Storage and fulfilment don't require an Irish entity — many overseas clients ship to us under their home entity. Tax, VAT and customs registration questions belong with your advisor, but we work alongside whatever structure you choose and can coordinate with your customs agent on inbound shipments.

How fast can you deliver to customers in Ireland and the UK?

Typically next business day to most of Ireland and the UK via our established carrier network, once stock is held with us. Orders received by early afternoon usually dispatch the same day.

Can you localise and configure products before they ship?

Yes — that's the difference between us and a generic 3PL. We fit regional power leads, apply local labelling, configure and test devices, install firmware and build deployment-ready kits before anything reaches your customer.

Who handles returns and warranty claims locally?

We do. Faulty units come back to us for triage against your criteria, quarantine and reporting — so your customers get a local returns address and you avoid international return freight on every claim.

What does market-entry fulfilment cost?

It depends on pallet volumes, order profile and the technical services you need, so we scope first and quote per account. Send the enquiry form and you'll have a personal response within one business day.

Test the market, not your patience

Sixty seconds on the enquiry form — what you sell, rough volumes, which services matter. A personal response within one business day.
