Every site kit ready
before the crew is.

Project staging for AV, security and CCTV companies: cameras, displays, racks and controllers received, checked, configured and kitted per site — then delivered to your installation schedule across Ireland & the UK.

Installers install. The receiving, configuring, kitting and shipping is ours.

Vans are not warehouses.

AV and security projects fail in the logistics: gear scattered across suppliers, vans and site containers; cameras commissioned on ladders; the one missing bracket that stalls a crew for a day. Staging fixes it — one facility receiving everything, technicians configuring on a bench, and a complete labelled kit arriving when the site is ready. That's what we do, backed by IO Resource — handling technology hardware since 2002.

Hold by project

Secure, insured storage organised per project — not per pallet — with stock reports your PM can actually use.

Receive & reconcile

Deliveries from every supplier checked against your bill of materials, serials captured, shorts and damage flagged before they hurt.

Configure & kit per site

Firmware, addressing, naming and labelling to your build sheet, tested on the bench — then boxed as one complete kit per site.

Deliver & swap

Kits to site next day or to schedule; failures back to us for triage, supplier RMA and swap-out from held stock.

Built for AV, security and CCTV operations

If your equipment goes into other people's buildings, we're your back-of-house.

AV & security staging — frequently asked questions

Can you hold project stock until each site is ready?

Yes — that's the core of project staging. Equipment arrives from your distributors, we check and store it by project, then release per-site kits to match your installation schedule, so nothing sits in vans or on site ahead of time.

Can you configure cameras and devices before installation?

Yes. Our technicians can apply firmware, set addresses and names, configure recording devices and network hardware to your build sheet, label everything per site and test before it ships — so installers mount and connect rather than commission.

Do you consolidate deliveries from multiple suppliers?

Yes. We receive from as many suppliers as the project needs, reconcile against your bill of materials, flag shorts and damages early, and hold everything together until the kit is complete.

How do site deliveries work?

Kits dispatch via our carrier network — typically next day across Ireland and the UK — or on a scheduled basis matched to your install calendar, labelled per site with everything the crew needs in one consignment.

What about faulty units and returns mid-project?

Failed units come back to us for triage, quarantine and supplier RMA handling, and we swap replacements from held project stock so the install schedule doesn't slip.

What does project staging cost?

It depends on project size, dwell time and how much configuration you need, so we scope first and quote per project or per account. Send the enquiry form and you'll have a personal response within one business day.
